Congratulations to the POE Foundation Character Award nominees!

Congratulations to the following educators and school sites for being nominated for the POE Foundation Character Awards. The inaugural $2,500 Professional Oklahoma Educators Foundation Teacher Character Award will be presented in the spring of 2012 to a teacher who recognizes the value of good character in our society, who models good character in his or her life, and who purposefully teaches and encourages the development of character in students.

Congratulations to the Excellence in Education Merit Award Nominees!

The following educators were nominated by their colleagues for the POE Foundation's Excellence in Education Merit Awards. They must now submit letters of recommendation and other paperwork to continue in the award process. Winners in each category will be announced at our annual banquet in April.
